PerformaFuel Nutrition — Privacy Policy

PerformaFuel Nutrition (“PerformaFuel,” “we,” “us”) provides personalized nutrition and performance coaching informed by DNA testing and blood-lab analysis. Your trust matters to us, and this policy explains in plain language what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Contact and account information. Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you inquire about or enroll in our programs, book a call, or join our community.
Health and coaching information. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to coach you: body weight and measurements, progress photos you choose to share, training and nutrition history, goals, and weekly check-in data.
Genetic and lab information. Our programs may include DNA testing and blood-work analysis performed by third-party laboratories. We receive your results so your coach can build and adjust your plan. This is the most sensitive data we handle and it is used only to deliver your coaching — never sold, and never shared beyond the coaching team and the laboratory that processed your sample.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Website and messaging data. Like most websites we use cookies and similar technologies (including analytics and advertising pixels such as the Meta pixel) to understand site traffic and measure our advertising. If you message us on social platforms (e.g., Instagram) or by SMS/email, we keep those conversations so we can respond and serve you better.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver, personalize, and improve your coaching program;
- To communicate with you about your program, scheduling, and support;
- To process payments and maintain business records;
- To send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
- To advertise our services, including sharing hashed (irreversibly encoded) contact information with advertising platforms such as Meta to reach audiences similar to our clients — your genetic and health data are never used for this;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, our client-management and messaging platform, scheduling tools, email providers, and the laboratories that process DNA kits and blood work — and only what each provider needs to do its job. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Genetic Data — Special Commitment
Your DNA and lab results are used exclusively to build and refine your nutrition and performance plan. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them with insurers or employers. You may request deletion of your genetic data from our records at any time.
Your Choices and Rights
- Marketing opt-out: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any marketing text.
- Access and correction: you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request corrections.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

Data Security and Retention
We use reputable, industry-standard platforms and access controls to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data as if it were our own.
Children
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
